Scheduling

You can schedule content in several ways including single posts, recurring posts, and using a scheduler. You can view and manage your schedule on the dashboard or on the schedule page. Filter your schedule by network to get a view for a single company or client.

Schedules are periodically emailed to all organization members so everyone knows what's getting posted.

Single Posts

To schedule a single post one time open the composer and select the Schedule option. Choose the date and time for the post and click Schedule.

Repeating Posts

To create a post that repeats on a fixed schedule open the composer and select the Repeat option. There are several fields that allow you to control the scheduling, see Composer docs for more details.

Auto Schedulers

Schedulers are powerful tools which allow you to automatically post content. Cross post all the content from one network to any number of your networks. Link a scheduler to one of your folders to automatically post from a custom collection.

You have lots of controls over when the scheduler posts content from frequency, time, weekdays, months, age, and even the duration before the scheduler expires.

Using schedulers require a plan that includes the Scheduler feature.

The following fields can be managed when editing a scheduler:

If you make changes to the scheduler that would impact existing schedules click the check box Delete existing schedules and re-run the scheduler to force a refresh.

Cross Posting

You can automatically cross post content from networks or sources to any of your networks. This makes it simple to focus on keeping one page updated and ensuring it syncs to all other networks.

1. To create a cross posting scheduler first ensure all sources and networks you want to use are connected.

2. Go to your dashboard and click the clock icon to manage your schedulers then click Create.

3. Select the Networks to post to and the Sources to post from.

Saving the default options will result in content posted up to once every hour. See Auto Schedulers for additional options such as setting the Start Time to now so only new stuff is cross posted.
